1 standard size bagel, cut in half
mozzarella cheese, shredded
toppings of your choice
seasonings: oregano, basil & pepper
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Spread bagel halves with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with cheese, add toppings & sprinkle lightly with seasonings. Place on baking sheet & bake for 5-8 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
